How to Add Additional Users to Your iGyro Account

To add additional users, you must first subscribe to a monthly subscription. During the subscription process, you can select the number of user licenses you need.


Step 1: Open Group Settings

  1. Navigate to Admin > Group Settings from the menu or click this link: Group Settings.
  2. Click the Subscribe button to proceed.

 


Step 2: Select the Number of Licenses

  1. On the Subscription screen, choose the number of licenses you need.
    • Your first license is FREE.
    • For example, if you choose 4 licenses, one will be free, and the remaining three will incur monthly costs.
  2. Review the expected monthly costs displayed on the screen.

 


Step 3: Complete the Subscription

  1. Enter your Card Information in the provided fields.
  2. When you're satisfied with the number of licenses and costs, click Subscribe.

Step 4: Verify Subscription Activation

  1. After subscribing, you will return to the Group Settings screen.
  2. Verify that:
    • Your licenses are now available.
    • An “active” badge appears, confirming your subscription is live.

     

 

 

 


Step 5: Adjust the Number of Licenses (Optional)

If you need to add or remove licenses in the future:

  1. Click the Add/Remove Licenses button on the Group Settings page.
  2. Adjust the quantity as needed.

Step 6: Invite Users

  1. Go to the Users tab.
  2. Click Invite User and follow the prompts.
  3. The invited user will receive an email with an invitation to join.
